I faced delays during check-in as no one was at the front desk. The clerk's response to my inquiry about breakfast was unhelpful, as I was met with disdain. Additionally, there was a strange banging noise from the plumbing that disrupted my peace throughout the night.

Clean and comfortable, the room felt fancier than anticipated for the price. Plenty of counter space in the roomy bathroom made getting ready easy. The full fridge and microwave were a great convenience, though kitchen utensils would have been helpful. Had a great stay at My Place Hotel-Idaho Falls, Id! The Queen Room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, and kitchenette. The oversized bathroom had plenty of counter space, and the cozy outdoor area with barbecues was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, featuring homemade pastries that made my mornings delightful.

The elevator felt a bit slow.
